Valeur Group , an independent company specialized in asset management, advisory, risk management, trading and real estate, was founded in 2010 by Lorenzo Vangelisti, who still leads its activities as Chief Executive Officer. The Group consists of five companies: Valeur SA, Valeur Capital Ltd, Valeur Securities SA, Valeur Concept SA and LinkedTrade Technologies, which work in synergy to ensure excellence in services and products for their clients. Operating in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg, Valeur Group is an international company with a European character. It is made up of a team of professionals with an average of over 10 years' experience. The Group's consolidated expertise enables it to offer high added-value solutions with the aim of structuring customized investment strategies that are free of conflicts of interest. The list of services and products offered ranges across different geographic areas, asset classes, management styles and objectives. The investment processes of Valeur Group are based on key factors such as the constant search for the best opportunities, optimal allocation and detailed analysis for portfolio construction, together with a strict discipline regarding decision-making processes and risk management. Since its inception, the Group's mission has been to provide its customers with a safe harbor to ensure solid portfolios and returns: this objective is pursued through assets that Valeur Group considers essential to its activities, such as excellence, responsiveness and efficiency. The growth achieved over the years has allowed it to develop a solid global structure and to expand its range of activities: over the years, the Group's objective has focused not only on achieving competitive results and high returns, but also on ensuring the excellence of its services and products. Operating in 4 countries and supported by 18 experienced investment professionals, today Valeur Group has 2 billion euros in assets under management, 20 investment funds between management and advisory and consolidated relationships with over 25 market operators. The Group agrees with the PRI - Principles for Responsible Investment (a UN initiative to incorporate ESG principles into asset and investment management) and shares the CFA Institute ethical and professional standards, with some team members certified as CFA Charterholders. The Group's companies and platforms are authorized by local financial supervisory authorities (FCA, CSSF) and carry out their activities in compliance with the new MIFID II regulatory directive.
